Jacopo.
At twenty-four he finds his way to Pantelleria and discover his "soul terroir" far from home.
Chef by trade, love for wine is born in the Roca brothers' kitchen.
Six years after his arrival in Pantelleria, he produced 5 vintages and in 2017 he found his island corner.

We met for coffee, ended up with wine.

Jacopo's roots are not "Ungrafted". Neither Pantesco nor Sicilian, he is a young man from Milan with a gipsy heart who loves making wine. Landed on the island following a girl, the island seduced him and his future changes, a bit like the wind changes, suddenly.
